Cookie and Tracker Management Policy

Procedures for depositing, reading, and using cookies and other navigation trackers on the site operated by Seventh Trade SRL under the MASSIV brand, in compliance with the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the GDPR.

Last updated : August 27, 2026

Note: The French version of this policy prevails in case of dispute or interpretation.

Article 1: Definition and Legal Framework

A \"cookie\" (or tracker) refers to a text file of limited size, deposited and stored on the User's terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone) via their web browser when consulting an online service. These trackers allow the Site's publisher to store state data concerning the User's navigation, in order to ensure the technical functioning of the service, measure its audience, or personalize the user experience.

Article 2: Exhaustive Inventory of Trackers Actually Used

In accordance with the principle of minimization, the Site currently does not use any HTTP cookies for audience measurement, advertising, or profiling purposes. The only trackers deposited are data stored locally in your browser (localStorage, cookies, and sessionStorage technologies, treated as cookies by regulation) and strictly necessary for the Site's operation:

  • massiv-cookie-consent (localStorage, publisher: Seventh Trade SRL) — remembers your consent choices so as not to re-display the banner on each visit. Retention period: six (6) months. Strictly necessary tracker, exempt from consent.
  • massiv-lang (cookie, publisher: Seventh Trade SRL) — remembers your language preference to ensure interface consistency (French or English). Retention period: twelve (12) months. Strictly necessary tracker, exempt from consent.
  • massiv-preloader-seen (sessionStorage, publisher: Seventh Trade SRL) — remembers that the welcome animation has already been played during your browsing session. Duration: deleted when the tab is closed. Strictly necessary tracker, exempt from consent.

Legal basis: exemption provided by Article 129 of the Belgian law on electronic communications (trackers strictly necessary for the provision of the service expressly requested), combined with the publisher's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Article 3: Third-Party Services and Associated Technical Processing

Certain technical processes do not deposit cookies but involve a connection to a third-party server, which necessarily transmits your IP address and browser characteristics:

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com — Google Ireland Limited) — loading of the Site's fonts. No cookies are deposited by this service; only the IP address is processed for the duration of the request. This purpose is grouped in the \"External content and fonts\" category of the consent module.
  • Site Host — technical connection logs (IP address, timestamp, resource requested) kept for security and abuse prevention purposes, without depositing any tracker on your terminal.

The Site integrates no audience measurement tools (such as Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo), no advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag), no embedded videos or maps, and no social media buttons. If such a tool were to be added, it would only be activated after obtaining your explicit consent via the cookie management module, and this policy would be updated.

The contact form does not deposit any trackers: the information you enter is only transmitted by email to process your request.

Article 4: Procedures for Collecting and Managing Consent

During the User's first connection to the Site, a consent management module (informative banner) is displayed. This module allows the User to:

  • Give global consent to the deposit of all non-essential trackers.
  • Globally refuse the deposit of non-essential trackers.
  • Configure choices in a granular manner based on purposes (audience measurement, external content and fonts).

The User's choices (consent or refusal) are kept for a maximum period of six (6) months. The User has the right to withdraw consent or change preferences at any time by accessing the dedicated settings module via the button below.

Article 5: Browser Software Configuration

The User retains the possibility of configuring their browser software so that trackers are rejected systematically or occasionally. As each browser's configuration is specific, it is described in its help menu:

  • Google Chrome: Menu > Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies.
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Block all cookies.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Options > Privacy and Security > Cookies.

Article 6: Contact

For any information request relating to this tracker management policy, the User may contact the data controller electronically at the following address: hello@massiv.digital.
